I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Suite Bridal! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with enthusiasm from all of the stylists and felt really special. Clara is so upbeat and bubbly and really went out of way to make me and my guests feel special! I really appreciated how she instantly got my vision, was super patient, and genuinely was very enthusiastic with helping me find my dream dress. Everyone here is so amazing to work with and I would highly recommend for other brides looking for affordable wedding dresses!

I found my wedding dress at Suite Bridal for my October 2024 wedding. After a long, exhausting day of dress shopping, we made Suite Bridal our last stop, and I’m so glad we did—the staff and experience were incredible. Despite trying on over 20 dresses that day without finding "the one," the owner of the shop personally selected dresses for me to help me find my dream dress that day. The attention I received during my appointment was unmatched compared to other bridal shops. Plus, Suite Bridal's unique location in Buckhead and their affordable price ranges were a huge bonus. What’s even better is that they offer in-house alterations at custom bridal modifications which is attached to the shop, and Melissa and her team took incredible care to ensure my dress was exactly what I wanted. Not many bridal shops provide this service, so I knew my dress was in excellent hands. Melissa and her team were amazing, and any bride on the hunt for their dream dress should definitely make Suite Bridal a stop on their journey. Definitely had a good experience here! Conchetta was fantastic, so nice and she made the day feel very special. It seemed like their selection included more larger ball gown dresses, and a lot more sparkly than I was looking for but if that’s your style then this is the place for you! They also had a lot of plus size dresses in their selection. It was definitely the busiest place I had shopped at for my dress as well, so if you’re looking for a totally intimate experience this may not be the place. But everyone was very nice, and overall still a good experience!

I recently visited this store with my friend shopping for her wedding dress. The staff were kind and helpful during the appointment, but they did not respect the budget she set when she scheduled the appointment (she was prompted to select a price range). There are no prices visible in the store, and they will only give you a price by email after you leave. Despite being assured during the try-on process that the dresses she was looking at were in her budget, the price they emailed her for her favorite dress was several hundred dollars over her selected price range. It was a shameless attempt to upsell. So beware that ‘budget’ is a suggestion here!

I bought my wedding dress from Suite Bridal for my wedding in October. Melissa helped me find the perfect dress and also did my alterations! She was so helpful and made sure that the dress was exactly what I wanted. Courtney was also very helpful when I picked up my dress before the wedding. She explained how to take care of the dress and took the time to show my mom and I how to bustle it! Everyone here was so kind and made this part of the wedding stress free!

The crew at Suite Bridal was so welcoming! Clara, my stylist, was so sweet and helpful. She made me and my family so comfortable. When I came back a week later to try on the dress I'd picked, Clara was there again and let me play around with veils and accessories.The whole time other stylists would walk by and give me compliments. I know it's part of their job, but it really made it an awesome experience. I also loved that I had a private area from other brides. This helped me feel more comfortable in addition to making it feel special. At other salons, I felt like I was stumbling over other brides and their parties.The only thing I'd say, is read the directions for parking before you go. We got turned around and a little confused finding the location. Give yourself an extra few minutes to get your bearings so you can be on time.

this place is THE BEST. I saw the gown I wanted on their social media and I tried a few others on before that one, but the one I saw ended up being the one I got. I had some anxiety about it because we needed to order the gown a few sizes larger to fit my hips and there was a lot to take in, but the tailoring team - part of the bridal shop - made it fit like a glove. I felt so beautiful in it and was in love with my figure. Their collection is also BEAUTIFUL and so reasonably priced. If you're looking for a dress that feels like couture without the couture price tag, this is your shop.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Suite Bridal. From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed and uplifting energy. At first glance it didn’t seem as if there were as many dresses but they did a great job presenting me with options that were in line with my vision but also a few they wouldn’t have originally considered. Clara was an absolute gem and found a dress I wouldn’t have grabbed off the rank but ended up the dress of my dreams. The addition of having in house alternations is also very comforting. The owner also came by to congratulate me and help describe how some of the unique alterations I wanted could become a reality. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and it was hands down the best experience I had compared to other boutiques

This is THE place to go for your dress! They have a gorgeous and expansive selection for all the girlies and have the nicest people working there. I was super nervous because I don't like shopping and am a lil bigger; however, Courtney (my bridal expert and stylist) made me feel so comfortable, gorgeous, and calm the entire time! She didn't rush me, answered all of my questions, and really helped me nail down what I wanted!

I just got out of my appointment to get my wedding dress. When I tell you the anxiety I had about my dress fitting right and the length of the dress being an issue because I did not have the right shoes initially. But they worked their magic, and my dress looks EVEN BETTER than I could have imagined. I am so grateful that I chose to alter with the same place where I bought my dress. 1000/10

Absolutely amazing!! I went to the appointment nervous because I was a bridal consultant as well and also modeled wedding dresses and I was so scared I wouldn't find anything. I went in and did not have time to order but fell in love with a dress way to big for me but they altered it to fit me. Beware! I ordered a dress here Saturday 11/2 and was very excited, Conchetta was fantastic! I was told that bridal dress sizes vary widely and my size in this dress was a 10.At home I was excitedly looking online at the dress and saw that Watters has a sizing chart for each dress. My measurements put me in a 2 not a 10. On Sunday 11/3 I reached out to the salon expressing my concerns and was told by the owner that a 10 was all that was available but he would reach out to their rep and see what could be done. I never would have purchased if I had known it was nowhere close to my size!On Monday 11/4 Ricardo the salon owner confirmed that a 10 was all they can get. He was very nice telling me “I spoke with my wife and we can make it fit”. He reassured that me that they would make sure I was happy and promised to only charge $500, for the alterations, lol.I believed him until hearing back from another Watters representative who explained that because “it is a corseted dress with wire structure” alterations would be extensive and it would be “risky” and “difficult for a seamstress to get it down to the right size”. I texted Ricardo the evening of 11/4 with my concerns and asked to speak 11/5.Tuesday 11/5, I requested to cancel the order and everything changed. No more Mr. Nice guy, now he tells me they don’t allow cancellations.Update: I’ve update my review from 1 star to 4 because I was refunded and Conchetta and Courtney were so wonderful. I have learned from this experience (having spoken to several seamstresses) that when it comes to alterations you can typically go up 1 size or down 2 sizes, anything more changes the dress. Especially if corsets, boning, or wiring are present.

Suite Bridal has an amazing collection of breathtakingly beautiful dresses. Courtney was an absolute dream to work with. She's incredibly kind, insightful, and intuitive. She never pressured me to choose a dress and stood true to her word of wanting to help me find the dress rather than sell the dress. With that I confidently purchased my dress from a different store I'd visited earlier in the day. Even though I didn't find my dress at Suite Bridal, because of her amazing service I will definitely bring my dress to Suite Bridal for alterations and to find my veil as well as any other accessories. I highly recommend Suite Bridal to anyone on their wedding dress journey.Update: I took my dress to Custom Bridal Modifications for alterations and bought a veil from Suite Bridal at the same time. The experience was just a wonderful as dress shopping. They were kind, helpful, and incredibly patient as I went back and forth deciding which veil would be mine. I continue to recommend Suite Bridal for any bride looking for her dress and alterations.

I just had an INCREDIBLE experience at Suite Bridal this past weekend and I found my dream wedding dress!!! I was shopping with my mom and we were immediately greeted by the one of the owners who was so friendly and professional. The stylist Kathryn did an amazing job at helping me pick and try on dresses, and also directed us to designers that would be in our budget. I had such a fantastic experience with Suite Bridal from start to finish. When I went wedding dress shopping, they had so many dresses that were beautiful without busting my budget. All of the employees I worked with were kind and professional. They were hospitable to both me and my family who came shopping with me. I bought my wedding dress here, then a friend of mine bought hers here too after a similarly great experience. It was also so convenient that they do alterations on site. The seamstresses were so qualified, that we got to do 2 fittings instead of 3, saving me a trip and saving me unnecessary extra fees. In total, I used Suite Bridal for my dress, veil, and alterations, and I would recommend them to any bride. It's a one stop shop, and that makes this part of wedding planning much easier.

Azmeena took care of me yesterday and helped me find my dream dress within an hour!! She is absolutely amazing!The boutique was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and had more options than any of the 6 other boutiques I went to yesterday. Dressing areas were all privately separated so each bride could experience this moment of choosing a dress with privacy and plenty of seating for friends/family to join.The owner was fabulous as well! I showed up to Suite Bridal alone and conflicted and left the happiest bride in ATL - I truly didn't realize how bad of an experience I had at a previous boutique until working with Courtney. She was a joy to be around and stellar at her job. I've never been styled so perfectly! The boutique is pretty, clean, bright, and very well organized. The owner was in store and she was also incredibly talented at pulling together accessory items that really made the experience. I’m a first time mother of the bride so dress shopping was a new and exciting experience! The moment we entered Suite Bridal, we were met by Courtney, an experienced bridal shop attendant. We were escorted in to the bridal salon to a comfortable seating area and given bottled water. Courtney then asked my daughter a series of questions about her fashion taste and goals. We wondered around the shop looking at various styles and pulling close to a dozen dresses. One after the other, my daughter tried them all on. It was her first time EVER in a wedding gown. Fun, fun! Courtney listened as my daughter critiqued each dress, listing what she liked & didn’t like about each one. This woman knows her stuff! She went and pulled a gown that she thought would work and boy, did it! As soon as my daughter looked in the mirror, she burst into tears. Courtney nailed it! It wasn’t at all what my daughter thought she wanted, but with the guidance and expertise of a trained professional, she was able to say YES to her perfect wedding dress! Daughter and mom had a great experience. Bright and spacious. Many beautiful dresses organized by designer. Our stylist Courtney was very personable and welcoming. We chose a few dresses, then Courtney brought more for daughter to try. Narrowed it down to 2 finalists, but daughter will return with MOH for final decision. Don't be concerned that the shop is on the second floor of a residential building. Everything is very well marked, professional, and easy to access.Added 2 weeks later: We returned with MOH to try on the finalists, plus a few more. Meanwhile, we had gone to a couple of other shops. There was just no comparison about how well Courtney understood what daughter wanted and how comforting she was! She brought out another dress that was just right which actually was a sample, and Daughter said Yes! She loves Suite Bridal so much that instead of having alterations done in the city where she lives, daughter will return to Atlanta for her alterations there.

I feel like this whole experience was an absolute dream. This was my first appointment of 4 over 2 days and I found the dress that was literally made for me and went home with it that day. This was my fourth dress shop I had gone to so we were absolutely exhausted and overwhelmed. Kathryn was our consultant and she was so incredibly reassuring and helpful throughout our whole appointment! A couple of the other consultants also stopped by and assisted as well! We ended up purchasing a dress by the end and it is the most perfect dress for me and i can’t wait to walk down the aisle in it! From my first appointment in October, to my last appointment today (April), I had the absolute best experience here. I was not looking forward to the wedding dress shopping experience, but I fell in love with multiple dresses shopping here. The dress I went with, Melissa and her team were able to customize the dress to make it exactly how I wanted it. In addition to my wedding dress, I worked with Melissa over the past few months making a reception dress out of my mom’s wedding dress. It was a perfect experience! The shop was beautiful, clean, smelled nice, and most importantly had a wide variety of dresses without overwhelming. I had a specific style in mind which makes it difficult on the stylist but she did a great job listening to my feedback and finding me a style I love. I did not end up getting my dress from Suite Bridal but I would highly reccomend coming here for a great shopping experience. Do NOT go to Melissa for alterations! It is with great regret that I feel compelled to share my experience, hoping to prevent others from encountering similar issues.First and foremost, the alterations performed on the wedding dress were far from satisfactory. Melissa implemented the wrong type of bustle, a critical aspect of any bridal gown fitting. When this error was brought to her attention, there was a complete lack of accountability on her part. This left us with a gown that did not meet our expectations, jeopardizing the essence of such a special occasion.What exacerbated the situation was the audacious decision to charge us for her mistake. Rectifying this billing error became an uphill battle, requiring us to engage in a lengthy argument to remove the unjustified extra charge. A bride should not be burdened with the consequences of a seamstress's oversight, especially when rectifying the mistake involves additional stress and effort on the customer's part.Moreover, the overall demeanor exhibited by Melissa during the alteration process was highly unprofessional. Minor adjustments, crucial for achieving a perfect fit and appearance, were met with extreme defensiveness. This not only hindered the desired outcome but also marred the joyous experience of fitting a wedding dress on multiple occasions.A bride deserves to feel that her wedding dress fits flawlessly and looks perfect, and sadly, Melissa fell short of delivering this vision. The condescending and rude manner in which she communicated further added to the distress. When confronted about this behavior, her response was shockingly unprofessional—aggressively closing curtains, throwing the bridal gown onto a chair, and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers.In light of these distressing experiences, I implore future brides to avoid Melissa's services and seek alternatives from other seamstresses. A wedding dress alteration should be a positive and collaborative process, and unfortunately, Melissa failed to uphold these standards.

From the moment I walked in for the first appointment to begin trying on dresses Ricardo & Melissa were so warm & inviting, they’re such a wonderful couple to have the pleasure of working with. I can’t thank Melissa enough for making the dress of my dreams. She had 4 weeks to pull it off and worked with me every step of the way, I had a vision and she completely nailed it. I so appreciated her honesty throughout the process, she is realistic with what can/cannot be done and giving you honest feedback the entire time. I had a WONDERFUL experience here and would 1000% recommend it to those looking for an intimate wedding dress shopping experience in Atlanta. Nicole was my consultant, and she has an amazing eye. She picked wonderful options and made me feel totally the center of attention, fitting the gowns to me perfectly and even adding modification ideas for areas that I wanted camouflaged by the dress. She's spectacular. The owner was also super helpful and attentive. We went to a few shops this weekend on my dress hunt, but both of these women seemed truly genuine and talented. I would highly recommend adding this store to your list...again, if only for some time with Nicole.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to give this place a try. I am currently serving a year long deployment and am active duty military so I made an appt during my mid tour leave days. I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly. Melissa helped me find the perfect dress so quickly. She was patient and kind! She then told me she could work with my short time line since I was only in town a couple weeks. I booked and completed all my alterations needed and was able to take my dress home before my leave ended. I am beyond excited to get back home and be able to wear this dress! My daughter was married on 10/14/23. Our very first task was to find a dress! I did quite a bit of research and the spot that popped out, based on reviews alone, was Suite Bridal. So we made an appointment and we figured this would be our first stop on a quest of many shops. We were very wrong. With the help of the amazing staff, she found her dream dress within the first four dresses they brought her. The staff are so great at listening to the style she liked and this shop has tons of dresses to try! It was such an easy and smooth process and all of the staff we encountered were so enthusiastic and seemed genuinely excited for my daughter! She’s also had a vision of adding flowy sleeves on that she could remove for the reception and the alterations department that is attached to the shop brought that vision to life. Nice people and lovely dresses. Just be sure to ask when your items will arrive and have that time frame or date written down on paper. Otherwise, you'll think you've gone crazy when they tell you you're wrong. This messed up with my alterations schedule.I recommend working with Yolanda. She is very warm, bubbly, and friendly. Ricardo is nice, too, but he didn't make me feel good when I called about my order.

I loved working with Suite & Custom Bridal Modifications! I shopped in ATL so that my sister could come with me (I'm from Greenville, SC). I had such a nice appt - the consultant made me feel relaxed and special. They have a great selection of dresses. Ended up with the very first dress I tried on. I decided to do my alterations with them as well even though it meant driving down from Greenville but I'm SO glad I did. They also did my reception dress that I bought direct from Watters. Everything they did was perfect and everyone I interacted with was so incredibly friendly and sweet! Planning to send pics once I get professional photos back :)

The vision was a beautiful wedding on the beach…. My dress was really reflective and though it was outside of my budget, I decided to go with the dress I chose because all I could envision was the water as the backdrop and how gorgeous I would be in my dress… with the alterations I was concerned because they decided to order such a big size but they insisted it was what was needed to get the fit needed. I inquired bout the price… I was told it would be between $400-$500 but shouldn’t be that much since I was going with a simple bustle.. I picked up my dress 2 days before my wedding… the dress fit pretty well except for the back of the dress.. it needed tacking…I asked if I needed to put the dress back on after the the tacking was completed but the seamstress stated it was not necessary…. I got to the cash register and I’m told the price is $760… I was in shock! But I had no choice, my wedding was in 2 days!… I received a call later from the owner who stated he reviewed the charges and I was overcharged by $100 …. What?!… how can this be? would they have ever caught this error had I not inquired?Also, it seemed as if I was overcharged by more than that according to the notes I glanced at regarding the individual prices of each alteration made, but he stated that was all he could do! On the day of my wedding I decided to make the best of things despite my experience….Here it is, I was walking down the aisle thinking all was well and my bra was showing the entire time and my guests saw it for most of the wedding. When I received my pictures… I could see it clearly… this may not mean much to some but this has been so disheartening to say the least…. When I reached back out to owner all he could say was that they will use this as a learning experience… tears flowed down my face. As a nurse I have been intentional about the care I give and would do all I could to impact patient satisfaction by ensuring positive outcomes…there was no compassion and no attempt to understand my pain…. No attempt at resolve…. If this was his daughter… there is no way this would be acceptable!

I’m from Seattle and visiting Atalanta for few days. I find this bridal dress shop online and very lucky to have an appointment at the day because I go back to Seattle. The owner are couple and both of them are supper friendly and gave me fantastic shopping experience. They have beautiful show room and many choices. Price are very transparent. With Melissa ‘a help , I tried 6 dresses and I think I found my wedding there! They event helped me took many pictures and videos bc I have no gfs come with me . The associate that worked with me, Al'Janae, was so incredibly sweet and kind. She was asking me so many questions about my wedding and my fiance, it felt like she genuiely wanted to get to know me and was excited for me not only in finding a dress, but in my life! I had shopped around Knoxville and couldn’t find anything that looked good on me. I’m so glad I came to Atlanta and found my dream dress here. The combination of the horsehair tulle modern dress and lace topper were perfect for me. I’m so grateful for Yolanda and Ricardo for being extremely hospitable and helpful. Yolanda showed me a number of ballgowns in my style, respected my budget and never tried to upsell me on anything. The alterations were great. They also shipped the dress for me because my wedding was out of town. I’m so glad I was able to find such a flattering dress! I was worried that all the tulle would be hard to dance in. While it was warm and I sweated a lot (I do run hot normally), the alterations were done so well and I was able to dance in it without any problems. I visited 5 other bridal shops before finding my dress at Suite Bridal. They had the most variety and biggest selection by far. My stylist, Yolanda, was amazing. While I browsed the store, she took the time to listen to my wants and needs. She pulled my dress, I fell in love, and ended up purchasing later that day. She allowed my mom and I the time and privacy to process the decision, while also giving valid opinions when we asked for her input. I would recommend Suite Bridal to everyone I know! They also do in house alterations, which makes the process even easier.

What to say? A really great wedding dress shopping experience. From the moment I scheduled the appointment with Ricardo, one of the owners, I was struck with the extra kindness this shop seemed to exude -- I had an appointment with Yolanda, and what everyone else said in the reviews about her and the shop is true: she stayed with me for over 2 hours (appointment was 90 minutes) and helped me identify and try on so many pretty options in my price range and style. I want to point out here that I let them know I was not able to spend more than $1000 on a dress, and they still made me feel special and really took care of me. Really good customer service. I'm not the princess type at all, but they made me feel like one! Plus, it was really fun! I'm not really a super girly girl and even told my partner I wasn't taking one of those "I said yes" photos if I found my dress--but by the end of the appointment I totally wanted to take a photo with Yolanda, because I really feel like she went on the ride with me (and I was so giggly and happy - also unlike me to giggle - that I wanted to remember the feeling)! They also do alterations in house--Melissa, one of the owners, does them and was there answering questions about what was and wasn't realistic with each dress, and making suggestions if I needed them. I also mentioned to them there was a giant flower belt I saw somewhere else that I loved, and some 10 minutes later Melissa (co owner with Ricardo and alterations extraordinaire) showed up with this beautiful giant flower pin that was the perfect addition to the dress I loved! I did end up buying my dress here (and the flower, of course), and I can tell that they really care for their customers and so was happy to make my purchase here. Definitely give them a try - they have a lot of options and the kindest staff!

This store allowed me to come over for a last minute appointment after a bad experience at another boutique. My experience here was much much better with my stylists taking a genuine interest in my vision and relationship. I found the perfect dress that day. Update: I said Yes to the Dress at Suite Bridal!‐----------I visited Suite Bridal today as my first time wedding dress shopping. Yolanda was my bridal consultant and did a great job talking me through their selection of dresses as well as a plan of attack. Melissa, the owner, was also there and was super accommodating to my mother and I.While Suite doesn't have the bells and whistles of welcoming you with champagne (or sparkling wine that folks erroneously refer to as champagne) their attention to detail and welcoming spirit made all the difference in my first dress experience. Later in the day I went to another popular bridal shop and can't say that I felt nearly as welcome as I did at Suite.I'm more of a simple, classic type gal and Suite had a great selection of all types of dresses, including blingy ones at affordable prices. If you want over-the-top bling, this may not be the place you'll find your dress - but I'd still give them a try!

I can’t say enough positive things about my shopping experience at Suite Bridal. My sales associate, Yolanda, is just an expert at what she does. The store is very transparent about pricing and there’s no pressure at all. Every dress is clearly labeled and included a tag photo of a model wearing the dress as well as the price, this helps so much being able to see the dress being worn. Yolanda listened to everything I was saying, and helped me figure out exactly what I want. Loved my stylist, Yolanda! She was the sweetest during the whole process. I am perhaps a more difficult bride who gets easily overwhelmed and I'm very particular and Yolanda handled me like a champ. She wasn't pushing me to decide on a dress and even suggested I stop trying on dresses because I liked another one at another store. All that to say, I ended up finding my dream dress at Suite and I'm excited to try it on again once it comes in and make minor tweaks to the dress! I feel excited that I can customize some small things to a dress I love. Yolanda was so dedicated to making sure I felt comfortable and good- and my mom and bridesmaids too who came to support :)

The store also provides pictures of the dresses on models with the price and designer so it was super easy to browse. I tried on 8 dresses in 45 mins - super efficient. Honestly, we went to a few places to try on dresses and this was by far the most amazing experience. Alginae (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) and everyone else we encountered, from the time we walked in, were so sweet and attentive!!! I loved every single dress I tried on which made my decision difficult but the dresses were way more fabulous than any of the other places we’d been to and not to mention more affordable. I wish I could give more stars, ya'll don't waste your time anywhere else!! This was the 3rd bridal shop I had visited, and initially I thought I knew what I wanted. I had just finished another bridal dress appointment and wanted to see if anyone had any last minute openings while I was on that side of town (I live about an hour away). I was about to give up and go home but I came across Suite Bridal and give them a shot. My hopes weren't high because I thought I tried all the possible styles. But Jenna our stylist was so helpful, super sweet, and just so happy for us to be there. She made me feel like I was the prettiest princess at the party and like I was the only bride ever in the world, I felt so special! The owner, which I did not catch her name, also helped with styling and also made me feel super special. We were allowed to try on so many gowns and the prices were impeccable!! They had photos of a model in the dress attached to the dresses with prices so you don't waste your time trying it on. Our own separate "suites" for some privacy was also great. Out of all the gowns I tried on, the one where I thought was just for fun, would never like it, ended up being the dress! I swear Jenna and the owner could sell me a million dollar house and boat. They styled everything with the veil and even with a preview of customizations to the dress, I was so speechless I actually felt light headed lol I found my dream dress and dream veil all for under 2k! Which was my budget! I could go on and on but thank you Jenna so much. And not to be weird lol but I said to my mom as we were leaving that I could just give Jenna a kiss, this was my dream wedding dress moment, I have never felt more beautiful. Give that girl a raise ?? Thank you Suite Bridal!

I don’t normally write review, but I absolutely have to for Suite Bridal. Keyara was AMAZING. We went to three appointments in a day and went to Suite first. We ended up coming back to take home the amazing, perfectly fitting dress they held for me all day. While at other shops there was a bit of pressure, pushy sales, etc. You won’t find that here. We were listened to, respected, and we (my grandma and I) were heard. I found a dress in a style I didn’t think I would like but ended up LOVING and choosing as the one. They also have a good selection for plus size girls and you will never be hurried through the process. You will have your own suite to try things on and if you’re uncomfortable with getting help there’s never a moment where you have to do anything you don’t want to it if you’re shy or conservative. I honestly couldn’t possibly recommend this place more for an incredible, relaxed atmosphere on one of the most important decisions you’ll make. I am not a model, I'm an average, slightly larger, short woman from Alabama and I found a dress that made me look and feel so amazing. This is not another couture, judgmental shop. It's safe and made for women like us! 100/10 couldn't recommend more.

I was in Atlanta and decided to look up bridal stores. Hadn't been to one before so wasn't sure what I was looking for. The reviews were great for Suite Bridal so I stopped by the same day. I scheduled 6 appointments at various bridal shops throughout ATL, and Suite Bridal was the first stop. I had no idea what to expect going into this process and was super anxious. But when we arrived, I was introduced to the most considerate and down-to-earth wedding dress expert, Ms. Butterfly! She was super thorough in explaining the many types and styles of dresses and fabric. With consideration, Butterfly listened to my wishes and concerns, and offered thoughtful encouragement and advice. When I got overwhelmed by my family’s opinions, Butterfly was the voice of reason and helped to reground the group. For a moment I felt insecure, and Butterfly offered gentle reassurance. When the emotions were high and I was in tears, Butterfly (with her zen-like vibe) helped me to return to the present moment and empowered me to listen to my gut feeling. I would 1000% recommend the Suite Bridal! The service and atmosphere is unmatched!

I cannot write a review that would come close to recreating the experience I had at this boutique! After two days of shopping for the perfect wedding dress for my elopement with no luck, I was relieved to find this welcoming boutique with an optimistic staff ready to accept the challenge of helping find me a dress! Suite Bridal was seriously one of the best experiences of planning my whole wedding. The dread I felt at wedding dress shopping was so heavy; my... style is quite different than your standard bride and I was sure I would leave feeling ugly and disheartened. That couldn’t be farther from what happened the day I walked into Suite Bridal. Brooke, my sales associate, listened intently to my vision and pulled dresses for me that I NEVER would have picked for myself. It was one such dress, only the second one I tried, that stole my heart the moment I slipped it on. It wasn’t exactly what I had in mind but it already made me feel so beautiful and it was the perfect starting point. Brooke didn’t bat an eye at all the changes I wanted to make; She pinned and clamped and hiked and tucked until she brought my vision to life. She assured me that Melissa, her mother, would be able to handle all the outlandish alternations I threw at them. After 3 in-house alteration appointments, the Suite Bridal team brought my wedding dress vision to life and holy cow, was it the most stunning thing I’d ever seen. Putting my dress on at that last appointment felt like a dream. Suite Bridal made what was probably my biggest fear into some of the happiest moments of planning my wedding. Definitely had a good experience here! Conchetta was fantastic, so nice and she made the day feel very special. It seemed like their selection... included more larger ball gown dresses, and a lot more sparkly than I was looking for but if that’s your style then this is the place for you! They also had a lot of plus size dresses in their selection. It was definitely the busiest place I had shopped at for my dress as well, so if you’re looking for a totally intimate experience this may not be the place. I recently visited this store with my friend shopping for her wedding dress. The staff were kind and helpful during the appointment, but they did not... respect the budget she set when she scheduled the appointment (she was prompted to select a price range). There are no prices visible in the store, and they will only give you a price by email after you leave. Despite being assured during the try-on process that the dresses she was looking at were in her budget, the price they emailed her for her favorite dress was several hundred dollars over her selected price range. It was a shameless attempt to upsell. So beware that ‘budget’ is a suggestion here!read more

Beware! I ordered a dress here Saturday 11/2 and was very excited, Conchetta was fantastic! I was told that bridal dress sizes vary widely and my... size in this dress was a 10.At home I was excitedly looking online at the dress and saw that Watters has a sizing chart for each dress. My measurements put me in a 2 not a 10. On Sunday 11/3 I reached out to the salon expressing my concerns and was told by the owner that a 10 was all that was available but he would reach out to their rep and see what could be done. I never would have purchased if I had known it was nowhere close to my size!On Monday 11/4 Ricardo the salon owner confirmed that a 10 was all they can get. He was very nice telling me “I spoke with my wife and we can make it fit”. He reassured that me that they would make sure I was happy and promised to only charge $500, for the alterations, lol.I believed him until hearing back from another Watters representative who explained that because “it is a corseted dress with wire structure” alterations would be extensive and it would be “risky” and “difficult for a seamstress to get it down to the right size”. I texted Ricardo the evening of 11/4 with my concerns and asked to speak 11/5.Tuesday 11/5, I requested to cancel the order and everything changed. No more Mr. Nice guy, now he tells me they don’t allow cancellations.Update: I’ve update my review from 1 star to 4 because I was refunded and Conchetta and Courtney were so wonderful. I have learned from this experience (having spoken to several seamstresses) that when it comes to alterations you can typically go up 1 size or down 2 sizes, anything more changes the dress. Especially if corsets, boning, or wiring are present.read more

All of the employees I worked with were kind and professional. They were hospitable to both me and my family who came shopping with me. Daughter and mom had a great experience. Bright and spacious. Many beautiful dresses organized by designer. Our stylist Courtney was very personable... and welcoming. We chose a few dresses, then Courtney brought more for daughter to try. Narrowed it down to 2 finalists, but daughter will return with MOH for final decision. Don't be concerned that the shop is on the second floor of a residential building. Everything is very well marked, professional, and easy to access.Added 2 weeks later: We returned with MOH to try on the finalists, plus a few more. Meanwhile, we had gone to a couple of other shops. There was just no comparison about how well Courtney understood what daughter wanted and how comforting she was! She brought out another dress that was just right which actually was a sample, and Daughter said Yes! She loves Suite Bridal so much that instead of having alterations done in the city where she lives, daughter will return to Atlanta for her alterations there.read more

I’m a first time mother of the bride so dress shopping was a new and exciting experience! The moment we entered Suite Bridal, we were met by... Courtney, an experienced bridal shop attendant. We were escorted in to the bridal salon to a comfortable seating area and given bottled water. Courtney then asked my daughter a series of questions about her fashion taste and goals. We wondered around the shop looking at various styles and pulling close to a dozen dresses. One after the other, my daughter tried them all on. It was her first time EVER in a wedding gown. Fun, fun! Courtney listened as my daughter critiqued each dress, listing what she liked & didn’t like about each one. This woman knows her stuff! She went and pulled a gown that she thought would work and boy, did it! As soon as my daughter looked in the mirror, she burst into tears. Courtney nailed it! It wasn’t at all what my daughter thought she wanted, but with the guidance and expertise of a trained professional, she was able to say YES to her perfect wedding dress! I feel like this whole experience was an absolute dream. This was my first appointment of 4 over 2 days and I found the dress that was literally made... for me and went home with it that day. It is with great regret that I feel compelled to share my experience, hoping to prevent others from... encountering similar issues.First and foremost, the alterations performed on the wedding dress were far from satisfactory. Melissa implemented the wrong type of bustle, a critical aspect of any bridal gown fitting. When this error was brought to her attention, there was a complete lack of accountability on her part. This left us with a gown that did not meet our expectations, jeopardizing the essence of such a special occasion.What exacerbated the situation was the audacious decision to charge us for her mistake. Rectifying this billing error became an uphill battle, requiring us to engage in a lengthy argument to remove the unjustified extra charge. A bride should not be burdened with the consequences of a seamstress's oversight, especially when rectifying the mistake involves additional stress and effort on the customer's part.Moreover, the overall demeanor exhibited by Melissa during the alteration process was highly unprofessional. Minor adjustments, crucial for achieving a perfect fit and appearance, were met with extreme defensiveness. This not only hindered the desired outcome but also marred the joyous experience of fitting a wedding dress on multiple occasions.A bride deserves to feel that her wedding dress fits flawlessly and looks perfect, and sadly, Melissa fell short of delivering this vision. The condescending and rude manner in which she communicated further added to the distress. When confronted about this behavior, her response was shockingly unprofessional—aggressively closing curtains, throwing the bridal gown onto a chair, and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers.In light of these distressing experiences, I implore future brides to avoid Melissa's services and seek alternatives from other seamstresses. A wedding dress alteration should be a positive and collaborative process, and unfortunately, Melissa failed to uphold these standards.read more

So we made an appointment and we figured this would be our first stop on a quest of many shops. We were very wrong. With the help of the amazing staff, she found her dream dress within the first four dresses they brought her. The staff are so great at listening to the style she liked and this shop has tons of dresses to try! The vision was a beautiful wedding on the beach…. My dress was really reflective and though it was outside of my budget, I decided to go with the... dress I chose because all I could envision was the water as the backdrop and how gorgeous I would be in my dress… with the alterations I was concerned because they decided to order such a big size but they insisted it was what was needed to get the fit needed. I inquired bout the price… I was told it would be between $400-$500 but shouldn’t be that much since I was going with a simple bustle.. I picked up my dress 2 days before my wedding… the dress fit pretty well except for the back of the dress.. it needed tacking…I asked if I needed to put the dress back on after the the tacking was completed but the seamstress stated it was not necessary…. I got to the cash register and I’m told the price is $760… I was in shock! But I had no choice, my wedding was in 2 days!… I received a call later from the owner who stated he reviewed the charges and I was overcharged by $100 …. What?!… how can this be? would they have ever caught this error had I not inquired?Also, it seemed as if I was overcharged by more than that according to the notes I glanced at regarding the individual prices of each alteration made, but he stated that was all he could do! On the day of my wedding I decided to make the best of things despite my experience….Here it is, I was walking down the aisle thinking all was well and my bra was showing the entire time and my guests saw it for most of the wedding. When I received my pictures… I could see it clearly… this may not mean much to some but this has been so disheartening to say the least…. When I reached back out to owner all he could say was that they will use this as a learning experience… tears flowed down my face. As a nurse I have been intentional about the care I give and would do all I could to impact patient satisfaction by ensuring positive outcomes…there was no compassion and no attempt to understand my pain…. No attempt at resolve…. If this was his daughter… there is no way this would be acceptable!read more

I had such... a nice appt - the consultant made me feel relaxed and special. They have a great selection of dresses. Ended up with the very first dress I tried on. This store allowed me to come over for a last minute appointment after a bad experience at another boutique. My experience here was much much better... with my stylists taking a genuine interest in my vision and relationship. I found the perfect dress that day. The alterations department was also wonderful to work with and made sure everything was perfect with my dress and reception dress which I didn’t even purchase with them. 10/10 experience here, totally recommend.read more

“This was our last stop of the day after having been to 4 other bridal shops, so I was burned out at this point and had pretty much given up hope of finding a dress that checked all of the boxes. Keyerra was so upbeat and pleasant that it really helped to pull me out of the mood that I was in. She allowed not only myself but the rest of my party to look around the shop and pull whatever we liked. Throughout the process of trying on dresses she provided me with feedback about each of the dresses, which made the experience feel much more personal and intimate.
